A memo, not a deck.

If a proposal is the right next step, it will arrive as a six to twelve page PDF written like a memo, not a deck. Your situation summarized in your own words, scope and timeline, recommended approach, and the questions we still need to answer together. Six figures or six thousand, it reads the same way.
